Please be informed that amendments have been made to the Schedule under Regulation 8 of the Companies Regulations 2017 as follows: -
(i) New item
Item 32A with regards to fee for lodgement of notice on the increase of share capital of foreign company pursuant to section 567(3) Companies Act 2016 [Act 777]; and
(ii) Amendments
Amendments on item 43, 45, 47 and 48, where applicable, relating to the company, shareholders, directors, secretaries, auditors, and liquidators for the purpose of any applications and lodgement under the Companies Act 2016 [Act 777].
These amendments are effective from 19 August 2021.
