Attendance for the briefing and site visit is COMPULSORY for all prospective Bidder(s) as indicated above.

The RFP documents are available for sale after the briefing on 22nd January 2018 (Monday) until 5th February 2018 (Monday). The document can be purchased at the Corporate Management Division, Facility Management Unit, Level 13, MIDA Sentral, No. 5, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur with payment of RM500.00 in the form of Banker’s Cheque/Bank Draft/Money Order payable to Joint Management Body of SSM-MIDA. The payment for the document is non-refundable.

Tender deadline submission is on 26th February 2018 (Monday) at 12.00 noon and to be submitted by hand in sealed package at the Tender Submission Counter located at Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), Tender Room Level 11, MIDA Sentral, No. 5, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur. Any bid received after the time and date specified will be rejected.
