Notify business particulars changes?

1. Notify Registrar within thirty (30) days from the date of changes using the prescribed form.

2. Changes of business particular can be registered are as follows:

(a) Changes of Business Address (Form B1)
(b) Changes of Business Type (Form B2)
(c) Changes of Particulars on Branches (Form B3)
(d) Changes of Information of Owner or Partner (Form B4)

3. Complete the form according to types of changes. Refer to Guidelines for changes in Business Particulars.

Who can notify changes?

Changes of Business Address - The owner/one of the partners
Changes of Business Type - The owner/one of the partners
Changes of Particulars on Branches- The owner/one of the partners
Changes of Information of Owner or Partner – All partners

Fee?

Business update fee – RM20
Branch(s) - RM5 per year for each branch

When Business Registration Certificate can be obtained?

Within 1 hour after payment
