Commemorative Certificate of Company Registration

Introduction

The Companies Commission of Malaysia has introduced a new product called the Commemorative Certificate which is a decorative certificate of company incorporation. It serves to celebrate the incorporation date as a memorable and meaningful event for company directors and employees while impressing potential clients with the company’s stability as proven by their continued existence over time.

The Commemorative Certificate emphasises the incorporation date to reflect the companies’ commitment and success in undertaking challenges. The success achieved provides reassurance to clients that they are dealing with a stable and efficient company.

Commemorative Certificates may be displayed anywhere within an organisation especially at the customer service area, CEOs office or in meeting rooms.

Purpose

  1. To highlight the company incorporation date and deliver a positive impact to clients based on the company’s years in operation.

  2. To allow companies to display certificates portraying the industries or business activities they are involved in.

  3. To promote the company’s image and identity to the public.

Design

  1. SSM offers a variety of pre-designed certificates for selection.
