Section 69I. Copy of notice to be served on Stock Exchange.
A person who gives a notice under section 69E, 69F or 69G to a company referred to in section 69B (2) (a), shall, on the day on which he gives that notice, serve a copy of the notice on the Stock Exchange as defined in the Securities Industry Act 1983 and the Securities Commission as defined in the Securities Commission Act 1993.
