WORKING GROUP C (W G C)       Working Group C on Corporate Governance and Shareholders’ Rights :- to review the current law and practice relevant to directors and boards of all companies incorporated or registered in Malaysia with the objective of enhancing accountability, disclosure and transparency; to review the current law and practice of shareholders’ involvement in decisionmaking and proper protection and enhancement of shareholders’ rights; and to review the impact of ICT on meetings procedures and corporate communications.
