SUBORDINATE COURTS ACT (EXTENSION) ORDER 1980

Order 2. Modification and extension of Act 92.

(1) The Subordinate Courts Act, 1948 is modified as in the First Schedule.

(2) The Subordinate Courts Rules, 1950 [L.N. 339/50] and the 1951 [L.N. 597/51] Subordinate Courts (Criminal Fees) Rule No. 2 are modified as in the Second Schedule.

(3) The said Act and Rules as modified by subparagraphs (1) and (2) are hereby extended to Sabah and Sarawak.
