REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS (AMENDMENT) RULES 2002

Rule 10. New rule 13A.

10. The principal Rules are amended by inserting after rule 13 the following rule:

"Display of signboard.

13A. (1) Every registered business shall put up a signboard displaying the business name and registration number outside the
place of business, and if there is more than one place of business, outside each place of business.

(2) Paragraph (1) of this rule shall not apply to a registered business if the Registrar, upon representations being made to him
in writing by the person responsible for the business, is satisfied that it is not practicable for that business to comply with all or any requirement in that paragraph.".
