REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS (AMENDMENT) RULES 2002

Rule 4. Amendment of rule 6.

4. Rule 6 of the principal Rules is amended—

(a) in subrule (1)—

(i) by deleting the words "in the Schedule"; and

(ii) by deleting the word "immediately";

(b) by inserting after subrule (1) the following subrule:

"(1A) The fee payable for the changes in the registered particulars shall be as prescribed by rule 19."; and

(i) by substituting for the colon appearing after the words "a different business" a full stop; and

(ii) by deleting the proviso.
