REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS (AMENDMENT) RULES 2002

Rule 3. Substitution of rule 5.

3. The principal Rules are amended by substituting for rule 5 the following rule:

"Renewal of registration.

5. (1) An application for the renewal of the registration of a business shall be in Form A1.

(2) The fee payable for the renewal of the registration of a business shall be as prescribed by rule 19.".
