WHEREAS the High Commissioner, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Clause 14 of the Federation of Malaya Agreement, 1948, has constituted the public office of Member of the Government of the Federation charged with the responsibility for finance;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 3 and 4 of the Members of the Federal Government (Transfer of Functions) Ordinance, 1951, the High Commissioner hereby makes the following Order:
