Section 10. Power of Registrar to obtain further information.


In order to obtain such information as the Registrar may reasonably consider necessary for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder regarding any business the particulars of which are required to be registered under Part II, the Registrar may require any person responsible in respect of that business to answer any question in writing which the Registrar may reasonably consider necessary to ask for the purposes aforesaid or may summon such person to appear before the Registrar or any inspector or any other public officer whom the Registrar may designate to answer any such question orally and the Registrar may further require such person to make such further declaration or supply such further particulars as the Registrar may reasonably require.
